Quebec and Ontario
Free shipping with any purchase of $125 or more before taxes, everywhere in Quebec and in Ontario with the exception of remote areas, the Magdalen Islands and Kuujjuaq.
Flat rate delivery small items of $3.95 applicable for Fabric Wallet, personalized Fabric Wallet, pacifier clips and $5.95 for comforters, lslippers and hats (without tracking number – delivery times between 2 and 20 working days*).
Flat rate shipping of $9.95 for other products (with tracking number – delivery times between 1 and 5 working days*). These rates do not apply that not for regionsremote. We will communicate with you the case applicable.
Rest of Canada
Small items flat rate shipping of $3.95 applicable for Fabric Wallet, personalized Fabric Wallet, pacifier clips and $5.95 for comforters,slippers and hats (without tracking number – delivery times between 2 days and 20 working days*). Flat rate delivery of $19.95 for other products (with a tracking number - delivery times between 3 and 6 working days*). These rates do not apply for remote areas.. We will contact you if necessary.
Delivery territories in Canada
We ship anywhere in Canada except Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Certain remote areas in other Canadian provinces and territories are also excluded.
We ship to the following countries, USA, France, Belgium, Australia, Portugal, Italy…
Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs, including customs fees, duties and customs brokerage fees that may be payable for international shipments.
Pick up your order free of charge
Customers from Estrie or surrounding areas can pick up their order free of charge directly at my workshop in Eastman . Please use code PICKUP when purchasing. An email will then be sent to you when the order is ready.
Items on sale
Discount codes are not applicable on previous purchases. Only one code per order. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are not eligible for return as they are considered final sale. However, items purchased at the current price may be refunded or exchanged.
Exchange and return
You have changed your mind and want to make a return, you must first contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order number and the reason for the return. For your return to be eligible you must write to us within 10 days of receiving your items. Also, the items must be in their original state, must not have been washed, used, or damaged.
A refund will follow once we have received your package and confirmed that the item complies with our return policy. The refund will be made using the original form of payment.
Please note that postage costs for returns and exchanges are at the expense of the buyer. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
No returns will be accepted on personalized products only if the products contain an error coming from us. If your product was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the shipping bag or box and the defective product to email@example.com. We will contact you to follow up.
Each Sage & co is made to order, here are the lead times for each category.
- Medical and passport cover: 3 to 5 working days
- Personalized cover: 10 to 14 working days
- Personalized pillow: 10 to 20 business days
- 6-layers blanket: 3-5 business days
- Lined blanket: 3-10 business days
- Pacifier and comforter attachment: 3 to 5 working days
- Slippers and baby hat: 10 to 14 working days
- Moon cushion: 3 to 5 working days
Please note that during busy periods such as during promotional codes and during holidays, delays may increase by 5 days.
You need your item faster to offer as a gift, do not hesitate to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us, we will do our best to accommodate you.
What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address and communication channel. the browser's user agent to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract all location data from site images.
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to register your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don't have to re-enter your details when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and simply indicates the identifier of the article you have just modified. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
How long do we retain your data ?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve all follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if applicable ), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can ask receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
