Quebec and Ontario

Free shipping with any purchase of $125 or more before taxes, throughout Quebec and Ontario, except for remote areas, the Magdalen Islands, and Kuujjuaq.

Flat rate shipping for small items of $3.95 applies to notebooks, personalized notebooks, and pacifier clips, and $5.95 applies to blankets, slippers, and hats (without tracking number – delivery times between 2 and 20 business days*).

Flat rate shipping of $9.95 applies to other products (with tracking number – delivery times between 1 and 5 business days*). These rates do not apply to remote areas. We will contact you if necessary.

Rest of Canada

Flat rate shipping of $3.95 for small items applies to notebooks, personalized notebooks, and pacifier clips, and $5.95 for blankets, slippers, and hats (without tracking number - delivery times between 2 and 20 business days*). Flat rate shipping of $19.95 for other products (with tracking number - delivery times between 3 and 6 business days*). These rates do not apply to remote areas. We will contact you if necessary.

Delivery Territories in Canada

We deliver throughout Canada except Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Certain remote areas in other Canadian provinces and territories are also excluded.

International

We ship to the following countries: the United States, France, Belgium, Australia, Portugal, Italy, and more. Please note that customs fees may apply to your order upon delivery, depending on your region. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

Important Notice for US Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. tariff policies, we are forced to suspend deliveries to the United States until further notice.

Pick up your order free of charge

Customers in the Eastern Townships or surrounding areas can pick up their order free of charge directly at my workshop in Eastman. Please use the code PICKUP when purchasing. You will then receive an email when your order is ready.

SALE ITEMS

Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one code per order. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are not eligible for returns, as they are considered final sale. However, items purchased at regular price may be refunded or exchanged.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Each Sauge & co item is made to order. Here are the lead times for each category.

  • Carnet: Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Personalized delivery time: 10 to 14 business days
  • Personalized pillow: 10 to 20 business days
  • 6-ply blanket: 3 to 5 business days
  • Lined blanket: 3 to 10 business days
  • Pacifier clip and comforter: 3 to 5 business days
  • Socks and hat: 10 to 14 business days
  • Moon pillow: 3 to 5 business days

Please note that during busy periods, such as promotional codes and the holidays, delivery times may increase by 5 days.
